Thinking of You (Poem #5 for Poetry Month)

thinking of you I am stuck in traffic a line of cars ahead for miles all at a stand still peaceful snow fall, though radio on interesting interview sorry I won’t make it home in time to help put the kids to bed

[for the record this is not an autobiographical poem! A nod here to William Carlos Williams and “This is Juat to Say” —-Confession: I love that poem and bed time at our house is often a circus!]
